I've got wonderful news to share...I'm pregnant!
During the past 3 months I've learned how important it is to slow down and take care of myself.
You see, I've always been one of those people who set a lot of goals and push myself to accomplish them quickly.
What being pregnant has taught me, is that it's better for my spirit to focus on one task at a time.
Here are my latest 3 Relaxation Tips:
1. It never fails. When I place 4 drops of Comfort Essential Oil Blend in a warm tub and breath in the healing scent of lavender, frankincense, and vanilla, I'm instantly relaxed. The warm water and familiar scent instantly relieves all stress.
The scent of Comfort reminds me of being wrapped in a warm blanket and hugged by someone I love. It's also the perfect scent for those melancholy days.
2. Exotic Body Butter is a dry skin lifesaver! It contains organic coconut oil, shea butter, and aloe. Each ingredient helps heal dry chapped skin, helps to prevent stretch marks, and never contains harsh chemicals, or preservatives. (very important if you're a mommy-to-be)
The scent of skin care products is especially important when you have a Spidey sense of smell, so each batch is lightly scented with therapeutic essential oils.
3. Give yourself permission to chill: Meditate, read a good book (I'm loving this book), or to take a long nature walk.
