Knot Relief - Soothe Muscle Tension

This month’s essential oil (EO) blend is a healing combination derived from nature.  Each ingredient is very potent and needs to be mixed with carrier oil when applied on skin.  If you’re new to EO’s, a carrier oil is any oil that dilutes the EO.  Some of my favorites include organic coconut oil, jojoba oil, and grapeseed oil.  

Uses:  If you’re suffering from post-workout muscle soreness, mix this blend with coconut oil, or massage oil, and give yourself a wonderful massage.  You deserve it!

For sore feet place 5 drops in a hot foot bath and relax.
